From welcome parties, guest excursions, and rehearsal dinners to the full-wedding day and post-wedding brunch, we can handle every detail.

Planning, design, and coordination of your beautiful Montana Wedding or elopement
Vendor research, vetting, site visits, and communication takeover
Custom timelines, layout, design, guest coordination, seating arrangements, and reversals,
Full-service support from initial planning through execution
Optional multi-day event coordination of local tours and experiences for you and your guests

Day-Of Coordination
For couples who’ve done the planning but want a professional to take the reins on their big day, our Day-of Coordination service provides the piece-of-mind that everything goes off without a hitch. We handle all the final details, from working with your vendors to creating and managing your timeline, so you can focus on celebrating and making memories with your loved ones. Whether it’s directing your ceremony, keeping the day on schedule, or making sure your guests are where they need to be, we’ll take care of it all—so you don’t have to.
